The cup profile obtained from the crops already planted in production can be seen in the following table. Cup analyzes and tests are carried out by experts in the laboratories of the Committee of Coffee Growers of Tolima, authorized by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.
The area of the farms dedicated to the crop that we can offer, currently amounts to 170 hectares, with an average of 5,000 plants per hectare, that is, about 850,000 plants. Our production, directly without intermediaries, would be, to March 2018, 100,000 kilos, to November 2018, 200,000 and March 2019, when we are in full production on the farms, we can offer 300,000 kilos annually, equivalent to 2,400 loads of 125 kilos.
Our farms are located in a strip, between 1,500 and 1,980 meters high, which allows the cultivation of coffee varieties, including Colombia variety, caturra, supreme and Catimore, highly competitive in national and international markets for its high quality in aromas and flavors. The farms where we grow these coffees are certified by the National Federation of Coffee Growers, the Coffee Growers Committee of Tolima and comply with the environmental and labor standards and practices required by international seals.
Lebanon, is the main coffee producer in the Department of Tolima, is located in the north, at an altitude of 1,560 meters above sea level, with an average temperature of 18 to 21 degrees, which makes their land they are the most suitable for the cultivation of coffee, in fact 80% of the population is dedicated to the coffee industry.
Tolima is the third largest coffee producer in the country, with a 12.8 percent share in national production, and has the firm hope and conviction to continue growing in yield and attributes, since it has land with the best agro-ecological conditions to make that the coffee stands out for its sweetness and softness, in the framework of a sustainable, profitable and friendly coffee with the environment.

The average annual dry parchment coffee production is 650,000 kilos of quality coffee. The harvest of the grain in the Farms is made only of the mature grain with people of the region trained for it and with a good handling of benefit of the grain to obtain the best quality of the coffee.
The topography and the environmental offer are factors that allow our crops to be optimal, supported by good agricultural management friendly to the environment, practices that influence the good performance of the tree and therefore in an adequate production and quality.
Our coffee is of excellent quality 16 mesh, the parameters of defects give results between 80 and 90% minimum. The humidity that is handled in the region ranges between 10 and 12%, in the company the coffee is handled from 10.9 - 11.4% of Humidity.
